We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Doggie Diva or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability. Most items can be shipped internationally, please contact us for international shipping rates before you place your order. If you place your international order, we will send you an email with the shipping charges and charge your card. If you paid by PayPal, we can send you a PayPal invoice, on request. If your card is unable to be re-charged, we will need a new card to charge for the shipping, before we can process your order. SOME COLLEGE & NFL ITEMS...please allow 7-10 business days for shipping on some college and NFL items (business days do not include weekends or holidays. At busy times like the start of football season and Christmas, shipping can be longer, sometimes up to 4 weeks (especially personalized college jerseys) depending how backed up the sports manufacturers are at the time. Some college and NFL items are printed to order and are made in the order they come in. It is helpful if you can wait until the full 10 business days before inquiring about your college/NFL order. It is Doggie Diva's policy to try and send you a shipping confirmation with a tracking number within 24-48 hours after your order ships, but there are times when we this doesn't happen. Sometimes items ship from manufacturers directly and sometimes the manufacturers do not provide us with the confirmations and tracking. In that case, you would not receive a shipping confirmation. Please call for tracking. At extremely busy times at Doggie Diva, we sometimes get too backed up to send shipping confirmations. If you notice your ship time has come and gone and you have not received a confirmation, please contact us for tracking.

Free shipping items: Returns/Exchanges on free shipping items (anything that is not our fault) will be charged the original shipping costs.

The Dog Diva Dog Boutique's Return Policies...

Safety, Shipping, Personalized & Clearance Items: For the safety of the animals and due to the fact that other customers wouldn't want to receive your used or dirty item, Doggie Diva does not take back any item that has been tried on, stepped in or on, worn, out of the original package, etc...All items must come back unused, with tags attached and absolutely no hair, saliva, heavy smells or similar. We will contact you if we receive your item back in non-perfect condition and you have the choice of paying for it to come back to you, or us keeping at half of the price you paid, minus shipping. Free shipping only applies to the original order, if you are exchanging your item you will be charged shipping the second time around. Once a personalized/customized item is ordered and begins processing, it can not be cancelled. All Personalized/Customized and Clearance items are non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Doggie Diva is also not responsible for any delays due to FedEx, UPS and USPS. Once we ship an item, it is out of our control. We can not guarantee ship times by the Post Office, UPS or FedEx, only give a close estimate according to them.

Return Forms & Pre-Authorization: A return authorization form and return instructions must be obtained by email before any returns or exchanges can be processed or your return will be sent back to you. In order to make sure your package is covered in the return, please make sure all returns are sent trackable and you must get a receipt for shipment. If we receive a return without authorization, we have the right to return the package to sender.

Damages, Exchanges, Store Credits and Refunds: We will gladly accept the exchange of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 7 days from the date of purchase. If you have an issue with a defect after the 7 days of receipt, it may be covered by the manufacturer so please contact us and we will contact them on your behalf and do everything we can to help fix the situation. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for exchange 7 days from the date of purchase and Doggie Diva will issue you a pre-paid shipping label. If you receive a damaged item, please photograph the damaged and send it to us via email or text immediately and we will get you a replacement item as quickly as possible. Larger items: carriers, strollers, beds, boat and dog stairs are for exchange or store credit only. All other items can be returned and a 25% restocking fee does apply. Restocking fees are waved on returns for exchange or store credit. Size/item exchanges are excepted within 30 business days of receipt of your item, the customer is responsible for all shipping and the item must come back perfect, unused condition. Returns can take up to two weeks to process and re-ship out, please let us know if you need your replacement by a specific date. Returns for money back can take up to 30 days to show up back on your card (but don't usually take that long), depending on your banking institution. Each bank is individual and has their own rules on that.

Chargebacks: Credit card chargebacks are expensive both to Doggie Diva and the credit card companies/PayPal no matter if the charge back is warranted or not. The minute you fight the charge, everyone is charged the fees. To avoid this, if you feel you have an issue with your order or received an incorrect order or didn't receive your order at all or it is not as described and before filing a claim with your credit card company, please contact us and we will try to resolve the issue for you. If you can not get us on email, please text us right away at 516-384-0977 and ask for Rachel (owner). If one of our customers initiates a chargeback with their credit card company or PayPal and the case is found in Doggie Diva's favor, then the customer will be held responsible for the $20 chargeback fee we are charged. Doggie Diva spends a lot of money on free shipping, advertising and marketing to acquire each customer sale. Fighting a charge on your credit card when you have received your item and saying you didn't is fraud and we take fraud very seriously.
