We will gladly accept the exchange of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 7 days from the date of purchase. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for exchange 7 days from the date of purchase and Doggie Diva will issue you a pre-paid shipping label. Size exchanges are excepted within 30 business days of receipt of your item, the customer is responsible for all shipping. Items must be returned/exchanged with all tags on and/or in original packaging, or the return/exchange will not be accepted. A return authorization form and return instructions must be obtained by telephone or email before any returns or exchanges can be processed. In order to make sure your package is covered in the return, please make sure all returns are sent trackable and you must get a receipt for shipment. Due to health and safety issues, Doggie Diva does not take back any item that has been tried on, stepped in or on, worn, out of the original package, tags have been removed, etc...Otherwise all returns are for exchange or store credit only. Free shipping only applies to the original order, if you are exchanging your item you will be charged shipping the second time around. Once a personalized/customized item is ordered and begins processing, it can not be cancelled. Personalized/Customized items are non-returnable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable. Doggie Diva is also not responsible for any delays due to FedEx, UPS and USPS. Once we ship an item, it is out of our control. We can not guarantee ship times, only give a close estimate.

CHARGEBACKS*** Credit card chargebacks are expensive both to Doggie Diva and the credit card companies/PayPal no matter if the charge back is warranted or not. The minute you fight the charge, everyone is charged the fees. To avoid this, if you feel you have an issue with your order or received an incorrect order or didn't receive your order at all or it is not as described and before filing a claim with your credit card company, please contact us and we will try to resolve the issue for you. 


If one of our customers initiates a chargeback with their credit card company or PayPal and the case is found in Doggie Diva's favor, then the customer will be held responsible for the $20 chargeback fee we are charged. Doggie Diva spends a lot of money on free shipping, advertising and marketing to acquire each customer sale. We reserve the right to impose a 25% restocking fee for any cash back.
