Now, building up my Shop online from this point on is the next big challenge. I have tested various products and testing various marketing avenues, the next step is filling in all my many empty categories of products and start a major marketing campaign. The customer service part of the business I think I have covered pretty well, well I have been told anyway. With the addition of the officially licensed NCAA college dog clothes & products line and the success of that, shows me it is now time to add the rest of the sports lines to my collections. Next up... NFL football dog clothes & MLB baseball doggie clothes, NBA basketball, NHL hockey, Nascar car racing & even professional soccer. I have had plans for years to expand Doggie Diva's strollers for dogs line, pet beds, and puppy carriers. Next year I would like to continue to grow the products offered to include more Puppias (because they are one of my favorite product line I offer), pretty collars & leashes, good quality dog shoes, handmade sports & and customized bling collars. To follow those lines, adding more products to our sporty lines of pooch products is essential. Things like quality backpacks, life vests, hiking boots, safety items for hunting, outdoor beds & dog houses, etc... Medical & comfort items like heating and cooling products and Tempurpedic pet beds. Beefing up our big doggie store is in the future as well as plans to expand our antler treat & chews line. And we can't forgot the ever growing category of organic pets products. I have dreams of one day taking over the online dog boutique world and becoming the number one dog supply company with a pretty twist & excellent customer service. I will keep you posted!
