Thanksgiving clothes for dogs you say??? While you may not prepare a place setting at your thanksgiving table, we know you like to include your fuzzy buddy in all the activities. The dress up occasion is the first thing. Choose from a blingy tee shirt, sweater tank top that is beaded, a fluffy TuTu or party dress. Add a distinctive Thanksgiving style collar from pretty damask or ribbon material that has a matching leash. For furry faced pups, a Gobble Gobble sparkly hair bow or clip helps to add that party look, as well as a tasteful bead doggie necklace with a charm. We know your pup has only the best of manners, so a plate of their own, rather than table scraps are the best fare for your canine menu. One warning: do not let them get into the turkey drippings…for some of the canine species, this can set off a really bad attack of pancreatitis!
But, pumpkin, sweet potato, green beans, potatoes (NO ONIONS) make a healthy mixture of a special dinner with turkey white meat, lean roast beef or lean ham. When everyone is sprawled out after their big Thanksgiving dinner and watching the games, slip your pooch into one of their college or pro football tees, fleeces or sweaters so they can be part of the gathering in the media room or outdoors running off some of those mealtime calories!
