Gear Good for College Underdogs

College Sports Dog Gear Good for Underdogs

Underdog? What is that? The NCAA College Pet Gear is officially licensed for us doggies to wear, so how can there possibly be any underdogs? Well, I found out what that means when we read the AP 2014 NCAA college football poll.

I am Kya, and I am a Clemson dog! My school’s ranking is higher than 20, and that is probably true, since Georgia beat us, but not by much! I decided to look into this “poll” business and see what other doggie families think! We went to an outdoor dog-friendly pub last week and here is what I learned.

Oklahoma State Pistol Pete Fans

We met an English Bulldog that wasn’t much for wearing shirts or Sports Dog Clothesbandanas, but he had an Oklahoma State Dog Bowl ($17.95) filled with water. It was orange with Oklahoma State printed in black on one side and Pistol Pete logo on the other. He likes the metal bowls because they have a non-slip rubber base so he can dine without scooting the bowl across the kitchen! He also told us that Oklahoma State has launched a program with therapy dogs, called “Pete’s Pet Posse.”+ We decided that when a university loves dogs so much that they let us be part of the school, then they are most certainly a winner!

Kansas State Wildcat Supporter

The next dog we met was curled up on her beautiful Kansas State University dog bed. ($40.95) She said she likes to bring her plush College Sports Dog Gearblue and white college dog bed with her because she is an old girl and needs to rest during the game. The medium bed fits her size. She isa Beagle and weighs 21 lbs., so her bed measured 25”. Her pet-Mom said Doggie-Diva Dog Boutique has college dog beds in four sizes. I decided to lie down beside her and prop my chin on the white Wildcat logo. It was so comfortable with all the cushioning that we both snoozed for a while. The Beagle’s pet parents told my pet-mom about the Kansas State University Veterinary Health Center AnimaLIFE++ magazine that tells all about the importance of the bond between animals and humans. We agreed that Kansas State Wildcats are big winners since the veterinary school ranks among the top 20 in the country!

Georgia Bulldogs Growl

There were a few dogs with University of Georgia Bulldog sports gear. The collars, leashes and bandanas in red and black were all NCAA Pet Productsover the place. We had the most fun, though with a Black Labrador Retriever that carried his Georgia Bulldog Flying Rope Dog Toy. ($14.95) Since I am a White Labrador Retriever, and his black fur matched the red and black toy, we got lots of attention when we played tug with this great toy. It is made out of some really tough canvas material and rope, so it was impossible to chew it or tear it. We growled around the tables, pulling on the rope disk, but he won the tugging battle when I had to let go to swallow. He fell backwards and knocked over a chair. OOPS!!! Our parents quickly grabbed our leashes and pulled us back to our own tables. We made a date to meet this Saturday before the game to play catch and tug with his rope toy.

There will be no underdogs in college fotball when you get officially licensed NCAA college dog gear from the Doggie-Diva Boutique. NCAA Dog Clothes

***Doggie-Diva asked me to please tell you that the quality screen-printed NCAA items can take up to two weeks to ship. Why? Because they are made to order and during football season, or holidays, it may take a bit longer to make for you. Now is a good time to order for Christmas delivery. You will agree that the quality is worth a short wait, if necessary.

Sincerely, Kya

Doggie-Diva Dog Boutique would like to acknowledge the following veterinary school resources:

+Pete's Pet Posse, University Herald, Oklahoma State University

++Kansas State University, Veterinary Health Center, AnimaLIFE Magazine
